摘 要:葡萄糖氧化酶漂白分2步进行:(1)葡萄糖氧化酶催化葡萄糖产生H2O2;(2)调节产生的H2O2漂液pH值后漂白.确定了葡萄糖氧化酶催化葡萄糖产生H2O2的较佳工艺为:葡萄糖氧化酶15 U/mL,葡萄糖12 g/L,pH值7.0,45℃,150 min,通气量9.0 L/min,在此工艺条件下生成的漂液,可调节pH值用于漂白.与传统工艺相比,葡萄糖氧化酶漂白的织物白度略低,但产生的漂液可直接用于漂白,无需添加其他试剂(如H2O2稳定剂等).漂白一般会对纤维造成一定损伤,但葡萄糖氧化酶漂白工艺与传统漂白工艺相比损伤更小(强力损失更少).The bleaching of glucose oxidase includes two steps:(1) glucose oxidase catalyzes glucose to produce H202; (2) adjusting the pH value of bleaching bath then bleaching. The optimized glucose oxidase catalyzes glucose to produce H202 was determined: glucose oxidase 15 U/mL, glucose 12 g/L, pH value 7.0, 45 ℃, 150 min, the rate of aeration was 9.0 L/min. The bleaching bath produced in this process can be used for bleaching when pH was adjusted to a proper value. The whiteness of the fabric bleached in the process was a bit lower than that in the traditional process. But the bleaching bath produced by glucose oxidase can be directly used for bleaching without any other reagent such as H2O2 stabilizer. To some extent, fibers would be damaged in bleaching process. But the glucose oxidase bleaching process had lower damage and less strength loss to fibers than the traditional bleaching process.
