尿液脱落细胞中Survivin蛋白含量在膀胱移行细胞癌中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨尿液脱落细胞中Survivin蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中表达的临床意义。方法应用ELISA法检测60例膀胱移行细胞癌患者及10例健康志愿者尿液脱落细胞中Survivin蛋白的含量。结果 (1)膀胱移行细胞癌患者尿液脱落细胞中Survivin蛋白含量明显高于健康志愿者(P<0.01);(2)随着膀胱移行细胞癌病理分级、临床分期的增高,尿液脱落细胞中Survivin蛋白含量明显升高(P<0.01);(3)复发、≥60岁、多发及肿瘤≥2cm的膀胱移行细胞癌患者尿液脱落细胞中Survivin蛋白含量明显高于原发、<60岁、单发及肿瘤<2cm组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论尿液脱落细胞中Survivin蛋白含量与膀胱移行细胞癌的发生、发展及预后密切相关。Objective To investigate the contents and clinical significance of Survivin detection in exfoliated urothelial cells in bladder transitional carcinoma.Methods The contents of Survivin in exfoliated urothelial cells was measured by ELISA detection system in urine sample of 60 BTCC cases and 10 healthy volunteers.Results The contents of Survivin in BTCC was significantly higher than healthy volunteer＇s（P 0.01） ;The contents of Survivin increased significantly with increasing pathological grade and clinical stage（P 0.01） ;The contents of Survivin in the recurrence,above 60 year-old,multiple and tumor size more than 2cm cases were significantly higher than those of the cases with primary,below 60 year-old,solitary and less than 2cm（P 0.01 or P 0.05）.Conclusion The contents of Survivin in exfoliated urothelial cells is closely associated with tumorigenesis,progress and prognosis of BTCC.
