摘 要:目的研究反复熔铸对镍铬烤瓷合金硬度的影响。方法将镍铬烤瓷合金分别进行1次、2次、3次、4次真空压力铸造后,分别获得经过1~4次熔铸的合金。采用未经过熔铸的合金(新合金)及熔铸过1~4次的合金熔铸成硬度试样的铸件。硬度试样的铸件经过初步磨平、树脂镶嵌及金相抛光等处理制成硬度试件后,在显微硬度计上测试其维氏硬度值。结果与经过1次熔铸的镍铬烤瓷合金相比,经过2~5次熔铸的合金维氏硬度值没有显著差异(P>0.05)。结论镍铬烤瓷合金至少可以重复熔铸5次而不引起硬度下降。Objective To study the effect of recasting on the hardness of the nickel-chromium ceramic alloy.Methods The recast nickel-chromium ceramic alloys were respectively obtained by recasting the nickel-chromium alloy in pressure casting condition for once,twice,3 times and 4 times.The recast alloys were respectively cast with uncast alloys(new alloys) to produce specimens for hardness testing.The hardness specimens were measured for Vickers hardness in a microhardness tester after initial grounding,resin inlay,and metallographic polishing.Results On the basis of their Vickers hardness,there was no significant difference between the alloys recast for 2~5 times and those cast for once(P0.05).Conclusion The nickel-chromium ceramic alloy can be recast for at least 5 times without impairing its hardness.
