摘 要:目的研究人源幼虫巨大致死性基因Hugl-1表达与人结肠癌临床病理资料的关系,探讨Hugl-1基因表达与结肠癌肿瘤发生、侵袭的相关性。方法对99例结肠癌标本、17例正常及结肠良性病变组织应用免疫组化SP法检测Hugl-1基因的表达情况。结果结肠癌组织中Hugl-1基因表达水平显著低于正常及结肠良性病变组织(P<0.05)。结肠癌组织中Hugl-1基因表达水平与肿瘤TNM分期、淋巴结转移程度存在相关性(P<0.05),而与患者的性别、年龄及肿瘤病理分级无关。结论Hugl-1表达下降与结肠癌的发生、发展过程有关,可作为反映结肠癌恶性生物学行为的一个较有价值的指标。Objective To assess the correlation of the expression of Hugl-1(human lethal-giant larvae 1) gene with various clinicopathologic parameters in colorectal cancer.Methods The expression of Hugl-1 gene in 99 colorectal cancer and 17 colorectal benign lesion tissues was assayed by immunohistochemical SP method.Results The expression of Hugl-1 gene was significantly lower in colorectal cancer tissues than that in normal and colorectal benign lesion tissues(P0.05).The expression of Hugl-1 was closely related to TNM stages and lymph node involvement in colorectal cancer(P0.05) and not related to sex,age and pathology classification.Conclusion Low expression of Hugl-1 in colorectal cancer may affect cell hyperplasia,and may be related to the pathogenesis and development of colorectal cancer.
