幽门螺杆菌与溃疡性结肠炎的关系

摘　　要：行14C-尿素呼气实验(14C urea breath test,14C-UBT)检测120例溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)患者和120例肠易激综合症患者(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)的幽门螺杆菌感染情况。结果显示120例UC患者中14C-UBT阳性者26例,120例肠易激综合症患者中14C-UBT阳性者50例,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.025);56例全结肠受累的UC患者中4例14C-UBT阳性,64例部分结肠受累的UC患者中22例14C-UBT阳性,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.025)。One hundred and twenty patients with UC and 120 patients with irritable bowel syndrome as control group underwent 14C urea breath test for H.pylori.Twenty-six of 120 patients with UC and 50 of 120 patients with irritable bowel syndrome were positive for H.pylori,there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.025）;4 of 56 total colonic inflammation in UC patients and 22 of 64 local colonic inflammation in UC patients were positive for H.pylori,there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.025）.
