摘 要:目的 探讨连续14 d心理应激复合48 h睡眠剥夺对大鼠学习记忆和部分营养素的影响.方法 45只雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、复合因素组和复合阴性组,每组15只.采用Communication Box和改良后的小平台法建立心理应激复合睡眠剥夺模型.利用Morris水迷宫进行训练以检测大鼠的学习记忆能力.取大鼠血清测定Vc、Ve、Fe含量及CK活力.结果 复合因素干预后,大鼠4个象限总逃逸潜伏期、第1象限逃逸潜伏期及第2象限逃逸潜伏期明显延长,Fe含量降低.结论 14 d心理应激复合48 h睡眠剥夺干预损害大鼠学习记忆功能,导致部分营养素缺乏.Objective To investigate effects of successive 14 d psychological stress combined with 48 h sleep deprivation on learning memory and certain nutrients in rats.Methods Forty-five male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,each consisting of 15 animals;the blank control group,the multi-factor group and the multi-factor negative control group.The psychological stress coupled with sleep deprivation model was developed with the Communication Box and a small modified platform.Learning memory of rats was measured by the Morris water maze.Serum samples were taken from the rats to measure levels of Vc、Ve、Fe and CK activity.Results Following multi-factor intervention,escape latency of rats for total-quadrant,the first and the second quadrant were significantly longer than those of the control group,and Fe concentration decreased obviously.Conclusions Fourteen-day psychological stress coupled with 48-hour sleep deprivation could impair learning memory of rats,and induced deficiency of certain nutrients in rats.
