摘　　要：目的:探讨VEGF、CD147与宫颈癌发生发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测20例正常宫颈、21例宫颈上皮内瘤变、59例宫颈癌组织中VEGF和CD147的表达,分析其与临床病理指标的相关性及两者在宫颈癌发展过程中的相互关系。结果:在正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤变、宫颈癌组织中,VEGF和CD147的阳性表达率分别为10.00%、57.14%、76.27%和35.00%、76.19%、91.53%,均呈逐渐升高趋势(均P<0.05)。两者在正常宫颈组与宫颈癌组之间表达差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。伴有淋巴结转移的宫颈癌组织中CD147、VEGF表达均较无淋巴结转移者高,分别为10(10/10)例、9(9/10)例和12(12/21)例、13(13/21)例,差异有统计学意义(P分别为0.030和0.009)。宫颈癌组织中VEGF和CD147的表达呈正相关(rs=0.268,P<0.05)。结论:CD147可能通过增强VEGF的表达促进宫颈癌的发生、发展及转移。Objective：To observe the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）and CD147 in cervical carcinoma and the relationship with the development and invasion of the cancerous tissues there of.Methods：The expressions of VEGF and CD147 were investigated using immunohistochemical staining in 100 cases including 20 cases of normal cervical epithelia,21 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 59 cases of cervical carcinoma.The levels of VEGF and CD147 expression were ana1yzed in cervical carcinomas and clinical pathological factors.Moreover,CD147 expression was investigated in comparison with VEGF expression.Results：The percentages of VEGF and CD147 positive expression were 10.00%,57.143%,76.271% and 35.00%,76.190%,91.525% in normal cervical epithelia,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical carcinomas（P〈 0.05）.The positive expressions of VEGF and CD147 were statistically different between norma1 cervical epithelia and cervical carcinomas（P〈 0.05）.The expressions of VEGF and CD147 were higher in tissues with lymph nodes metastasis than those of tissues without lymph nodes metastasis.The expression of VEGF was positively corre1ated with the expression of CD147 in cervical carcinomas（rs = 0.268,P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：CD147 may promote the development and transformation of cervical cancer by enhancing the expression of VEGF.
