摘　　要：本文旨在探讨椎管内麻醉后神经根损伤的治疗方法。并汇报2例神经根损伤患者的治疗过程、治疗效果，分析其损伤原因，总结预防与治疗经验，为椎管内麻醉并发症的处理提供临床思路。To summarize the experiences of the treatment of spinal nerve root injury after spinal and epidural combined anesthesia with report of two cases. The courses and effects of the treat- ment were reported. The reasons of nerve injury were also analyzed to provide clinical thinking for the management of complications after spinal anesthesia.
