4,4′-烃基亚甲基-双[3-(2,3,4,5-四氟苯基)-1-苯基-5-吡唑啉酮]的合成、结构及抑菌活性

摘　　要：由2,3,4,5-四氟苯甲酸为原料,经过酰氯化,与丙二酸二乙酯缩合,部分水解并脱羧,经环化合成了新化合物3-(2,3,4,5-四氟苯基)-1-苯基-5-吡唑啉酮,然后在微波辐射下与醛反应制备了4个新的4,4′-烃基亚甲基-双[3-(2,3,4,5-四氟苯基)-1-苯基-5-吡唑啉酮]化合物,并通过元素分析、IR、1HNMR及X-射线单晶衍射分析表征了其结构.化合物4c的晶体属三方晶系,R-3空间群.生物活性测试表明,该系列化合物对大肠杆菌有较好的抑制作用.The new compound 1-phenyl-3-（2,3,4,5-tetrafluorophenyl）-5-pyrazolone,as an intermediate,was prepared from 2,3,4,5-tetrafluorobenzoic acid via acylchlorination,diethylmalonate condensation,partial hydrolysis and decarboxylation and cyclization.Under microwave irradiation,4 compounds of 4,4′-（alkylmethylene）bis[1-phenyl-3-（2,3,4,5-tetrafluorophenyl）-5-pyrazolone] with new structure were designed and synthesized from the above intermediate and aldehyde.These compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,IR,1H NMR and X-ray single crystal diffraction.The crystal for 4c belongs to trigonal space group R-3.Bioassay results showed that the series of compounds had good anti-bacterial activity against E.coli.
