摘 要:针对河南油田交联聚合物驱地层面临的地层堵塞问题,进行了污水及污水配制交联聚合物的长岩心注入性试验,分析了影响交联聚合物注入性的各个因素及堵塞机理。结果表明:当渗透率一定(<0.3μm2)时,堵塞程度随污水注入流量的增加而增加;污水对岩心产生的伤害是由于污水的硫化物、硫酸盐还原菌、含油量三项超标造成的。在渗透率较小的岩心(K=0.267μm2)中只能注完聚交比(聚合物与交联剂浓度比)为200/50、300/50的2个交联体系;在高渗透岩心中(K=2.063μm2)可以注完聚交比为200/50、300/50、400/50、600/50的4个交联体系;在渗透率为2.063μm2的岩心中,随聚交比增大,堵塞程度增大,当聚交比大于400/50以后,岩心发生中等程度堵塞;当聚交比为400/50时,渗透率越低堵塞越严重,并且堵塞部位发生在端面。Aiming at the problem of formation plugging during crosslinked polymer flooding in Henan oilfield,the long core injection experiments were set with sewage and crosslinked polymer solution prepared with sewage,and the formation plugging(FP) mechanism and the influences of the injection of crosslinked polymer were analyzed.The results indicated that the degree of the FP become more seriously with the decrease of the core permeability.At the certain core permeability(0.3 μm2),the degree of the FP become more seriously with increasing the input speed.The damage of the sewage to the core is resulted from the unqualified sulphide,sulphate reducing bacteria and oil content.In lower permeability(K=0.267 μm2)core,crosslinked polymer system with polymer to crosslinker ratio(PCR) 200/50 and 300/50 could be injected;in higher permeability(K=2.063 μm2)core,crosslinked polymer system with PCR 200/50,300/50,400/50 and 600/50 all could be injected.In 2.063 μm2 permeability core,the degree of formation plugging become more seriously with the increase of the PCR.When the PCR was higher than 400/50,the degree of the FP was moderate seriously.When the PCR was 400/50,the lower permeability was,the more seriously plugging was,occurring in the head face.
