去炎松与道诺霉素脂质体联合应用对玻璃体切除兔眼视网膜的影响

摘　　要：目的研究去炎松与道诺霉素脂质体联合应用对玻璃体切除兔眼视网膜的影响。方法对１６只兔双眼行玻璃体切除术并分为４组，分别在各组兔的１眼玻璃体内注入空白脂质体、１ｍｇ去炎松、１０μｇ道诺霉素脂质体，另１眼作对照。观察术后２８天内眼底和ＥＲＧｂ波的变化以及２８天时视网膜结构的变化。结果联合用药组ＥＲＧｂ波较空白脂质体组、去炎松组有升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），而与道诺霉素脂质体组无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），光镜和电镜下视网膜结构无损害。ObjectiveTo examine the effects of triamcinolone acetonide and daunomycin encapsulated in liposomes on the retina in vitrectomized eyes of rabbits. Methods16 pigmented rabbits were divided into 4 groups after vitrectomy on both eyes.One eye of the rabbits in 4 groups received empty liposomes (EL),1 mg triamcinolone acetonide (TA),10μg daunomycin encapsulated in liposomes(DL)or 1mg TA and 10μg DL,respectively.Ophthalmoscopy and electroretinography(ERG)were performed from 1 to 28 d after vitrectomy and drug injection.Light and electromicroscopic studies were done on d 28.ResultsThere was a significant increase in b wave amplitudes in the TA and DL treated group,but no difference in b wave amplitudes compared with those in DL treated group.There was no obvious damage to the retina when examined by the light and electron microscope.ConclusionThe results showed no toxicity in the rabbit eyes receiving 1mg TA and 10μg DL after vitrectomy.
