氟—肝素修饰人工晶体植入兔眼房水白细胞的变化

摘　　要：兔眼植入作者研制的氟—肝素修饰人工晶体及对照ＰＭＭＡ人工晶体各３２枚。于术后３、７、３０、９０天进行房水白细胞计数、白细胞分型检查。结果发现术后３０天、９０天时，修饰组房水白细胞数明显低于对照组，有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。两组房水白细胞分型无显著差异，都以单核／巨噬细胞为主要成分。提示修饰组人工晶体在植入兔眼后的中、后期炎症反应较轻，有较好的生物相容性。F heparin surface modified IOLs designed by the authors and 32 PMMA IOLs were implanted into rabbits eyes.Cell count and types of white cells in aqueous humor showed the numbers were significantly lower in F heparin surface modified lens.The types of cells showed predominance of monocytes/macrophages,no significant difference between the two groups.It demonstrated that the F heparin surface modified IOLs diminished the inflammatory reaction in the middle and late stages after operation and possess a better biocompatibility.
