摘 要:本实验在微波辐射阻断金地鼠颊囊白斑癌变的研究中,采用固定频率,变动功率、时间、次数和辐射器形状等技术参数的方法,通过组织内升温值测定和远期癌变率观察,评价和筛选最佳参数组合,为临床使用微波治疗白斑提供参考依据。结果发现,把握有效升温值是阻癌防癌的关键所在,而无端延长辐射时间和增加重复次数非但无助于治疗,而且可能带来负面影响。In this research microwave radiation was applied to prevent the leukoplakia fron careinogenesis on goldes hamster cheek pouch. The technical parameters included fixed frequency, varied power,time,numder of times and the shape of radiator. The optimum system of parameters was found out and valued by masuring the radiation temperature of inner tissul and observing the porgnosis. In this way,we may provide some references to the treatment of leukoplakia by microwave. We concluded the controling the degree or radiation temperatur is the key to prevent carcingogenesis. Prolongation and repetition of radiation just do good to the improvement of treatment. What's more,they may have some negative effect. Thus,it is very important to serictly control the technical parameters in a suitable range.
