金银花中绿原酸提取工艺研究进展

摘　　要：金银花是忍冬科植物忍冬的干燥花蕾,是常用的功能性植物,绿原酸是其中主要有效成分,具有显著的清热解毒、抗菌消炎以及防腐作用等。通过比较的方法,对金银花中绿原酸的提取工艺进行综述,并展望其提取工艺发展趋势。Flos Lonicerae, dry flower of Lonicera japonica Thumb is a functional plant. Flos Lonicerae contains chlorogenic acids. Chlorogenic acid is the most effective component, which has marked activities such as detoxification, diminish inflammation, antisepsis and so on. The extraction process of chlorogenic acid from flos lonicerae is reviewed by comparative methods, as well as the promising potential of the extraction process is forecasted.
