高等体育院校招生工作实施“阳光工程”完善监督机制的研究

摘　　要：高等体育院校招生考试是全国统一考试的重要组成部分,且工作环节多,难度大,也是社会关注的热点。本课题从维护教育公平和社会正义的高度,阐述了高等体育院校,在招生工作中实施"阳光工程",加强监督管理的重要性及深远意义,提出了为高等体育院校招生工作建章立制,严把招生入口关的措施和操作程序。在理论和实践的不同程度上对我国高校推进"阳光工程",确保优质生源的优化选拔进行了有益探索。The enrollment of institutes for higher physical education is an important part of national college entrance examination.It is complicated,difficult and also the focus of society.The subject ranging from education and society justice expatiates the implement of ＂Sunshine Project＂ and the importance and significance of strengthening management.The subject proposes to shape rules and systems and strictly control the entry of admissions measures and procedures.Both in theory and practice,the subject make a good exploration of promoting ＂Sunshine Project＂ and ensuring the quality selection of students.
