摘　　要：干熄焦系统红焦装入线是自动化运行过程,各种单体设备运行是依靠各种指令和指令交换来实现自动控制的,对于从事干熄焦电气或初学者来说,如果不熟知干熄焦EI系统红焦装入线的各种指令及指令交换的过程,就很难判断自动模式下红焦装入线因指令错误造成的生产中断以及故障的原因,这种错误的指令常常能够自动消失或复位,在现场很难被捕捉到,因此本文将重点解析干熄焦系统红焦装入线上各单体设备的各种指令。The red-coke loading line of CDQ is automatically operated, with each device automatically controlled by instructions and instruction exchanges. For a beginner of CDQ electrical system without thorough knowledge of the various instructions and their exchange processes, it is very difficult to find the reasons for production halt or failure in the loading line caused by instruction errors under automation mode. This kind of instruction errors can hardly be captured as they may often disappear or reset. Therefore, automation instructions for single devices in the red-- coke loading line of CDQ will be mainly analyzed in this paper.
