摘  要:[目的]寻找微波提取紫背天葵多功能花青色素最佳提取工艺及其光降解动力学规律.[方法]研究不同工艺条件下的提取效果及不同浓度色素液的光降解效果。[结果]最佳提取工艺条件为:用体积分数为60%的乙醇作提取剂,提取剂用量为1∶60 g/ml,微波功率为648 W,提取时间为25 s,提取次数为2次。色素的光降解服从零级反应动力学。[结论]微波提取紫背天葵色素的效果明显优于常规溶剂浸提法。[Objective] The aim of the study was to seek optimum condition of microwave extraction and the kinetics of the photodegradation of the poly-functional pigment from Begonia Fimbristipula Hance.[Method] The extraction effect of different condition of microwave extraction and the photodegradation effect of different concentration were studied.[Result]The optimum condition of production process was determined as follows:the extracting solvent 60% alcohol(volume percent),extracting solvent 1∶60 g/ml,microwave power 648 W,extracting time 25 s,extracting 2 times.The photodegradation of the pigment was zero-order reaction kinetics.[Conclusion] The microwave extraction of the pigment was superior to the general solvent extraction.
