摘　　要：目的探讨非肌肌球蛋白ⅡA(MYH9蛋白)在肺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测90例手术切除肺癌组织中MYH9蛋白的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 MYH9蛋白在肺癌组织阳性表达显著高于癌旁组织(Uc=9.53,P<0.01);MYH9蛋白在肺癌的不同病理类型即鳞癌和腺癌中表达,差异有显著性(χ2=16.29,P<0.01);T1+T2与T3+T4分期MYH9蛋白的表达差异有显著性(χ2=9.88,P<0.05)。MYH9蛋白的表达与肺癌病人的年龄、性别、肿瘤的分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论 MYH9蛋白在肺癌组织表达上调,其表达可能参与了肺癌发生,可能成为诊断肺癌一个新指标。Objective To investigate the expression of MYH9 protein in lung cancer and its clinical significance.Me-thods Immunohistochemical staining（SP Method）was applied to detect MYH9 protein and analyze its association with clinical pathology in 90 cases of lung cancer resected.Results The expression of MYH9 in cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in the paraneoplastic（Uc=9.53,P〈0.01）;The differences of that expression were significant between different types of pathology,i.e.squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma（χ^2=16.29,P〈0.01）,and between different stages,such as T1＋T2 and T3＋T4（χ^2=9.88,P〈0.05）.The expression of MYH9 in lung cancer was not correlated with the patients＇ age,sex,tumor differentiation,clinical stage or lymph node metastasis（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Up-regulation of MYH9 expression was manifested in lung cancer,the expression might involve the occurrence of the cancer and become a new marker for diagnosing this condition.
