摘  要:目的研究P物质及其受体神经激肽1(NK-1)在乳癌组织表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法检测P物质及NK-1在乳癌以及导管上皮非典型增生、纤维腺瘤、腺病及导管内乳头状瘤等良性病变组织表达。结果 P物质和NK-1在乳癌组织阳性表达率分别为74.76%(77/103)和87.38%(90/103),二者表达水平与乳癌组织学分级呈正相关(r=0.253、0.228,P<0.05)。P物质和NK-1在5例乳腺导管上皮不典型增生组织均呈阳性,而在5例纤维腺瘤及6例腺病中均呈阴性。3例导管内乳头状瘤均未见P物质表达,而2例存在NK-1的阳性表达。结论 P物质及NK-1参与了乳癌的发病过程,为乳癌诊断提供了新的可能的免疫组化指标。Objective To investigate the expressions of substance P(SP) and neurokinin-1(NK-1) in breast cancer andevaluate their clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of SP and NK-1 in breast carcinoma,and in benign lesions such as atypical hyperplasia in ductal epithelium(AHDE),fibroadenoma,adenosis,and intraductal papilloma(IDP). Results The expression rate of SP and NK-1 in breast cancer was 74.76%(77/103) and 87.38%(90/103),respectively,the above two expressions were positively correlated with histological grading(r=0.523,0.228;P0.05).The expressions of SP and NK-1 were positive in five cases of AHDE,but negative in five cases with fibroadenoma and six withadenosis.In three cases with IDP,no SP was found,but two were observed with NK-1 expression. Conclusion Substance P and neurokinin-1 involve in the development of breast carcinoma,which provides new and potential immunohistochemical markers for the diagnosis of breast cancer.
