摘 要:目的通过有限元法,从生物力学角度分析不同材料嵌体修复后牙体组织的应力变化情况,为嵌体的临床应用提供理论依据。方法建立下颌第一磨牙嵌体修复三维有限元模型,定量研究不同嵌体材料对牙体组织应力大小及分布。结果不同材料对牙体所受到的最大主应力峰值影响显著,瓷、金合金、复合树脂、镍铬合金修复后的主应力峰值升高率分别为3.92%、3.97%、17.22%、33.65%。结论金合金、瓷是较好的嵌体修复材料,而复合树脂、镍铬合金使修复后的牙体应力增加,大大加大了牙折的风险。Objective Through finite element method,to analyze the changes of stress of tooth tissue after it was repaired by different meterials from the view of biomechanics. Methods A model of mandibular first molar with inlay repair using a three-dimensional finite element method was created.A quantitative study of the stress of different meterials acting on tooth tissue and its distribution was done. Results Different materials had a significant effect on the teeth from the inlay,the peak value increased by 3.92%,3.97%,17.22%,and 33.65% by using porcelain,Au alloy,composite colophony,and Ni-Cr alloy,respectively. Conclusion Porcelain and Au alloy are better repairing materials of the the inlay.Composite colophony and Ni-Cr alloy increase the stress of restored teeth,which greatly increases the risk of dental fracture.
