摘  要:在恒温25℃下,以甘蔗渣为原料,采用批量发酵工艺,进行沼气发酵。在沼气发酵过程中,通过对料液中的淀粉酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖、脱氢酶的酶活力大小与产气量大小随时间的动态变化关系的研究,得出如下结论:这些酶的酶活力与产气量之间存在一定的相关性:这4种酶的酶活力均与产气量随时间呈现出峰值交替变化的规律,在时间上,前3种酶的酶活力的峰值稍提前于产气量的峰值变化,脱氢酶的酶活力峰值变化与产气量的峰值变化在时间上基本是同步的。At an even temperature of 25℃,with the material of bagasse,adopting the batch methane fermentation technology,the paper studied the dynamic correlation between methane output and the enzyme activity of amylase,cellulase,xylanase,delydrogenase during methane fermentation with bagasse. The results suggested that,during the fermentation with bagasse,there was the accordant dynamic correlation between the four kind of enzyme activity and methane output,that is to say:the peak value of the four kinds of enzyme activity and methane output took on alternative change with the time;namely,the peak value of the first three kinds of enzyme activity advanced of the peak value of methane output with the time,the peak value of delydrogenase activity and the peak value of methane output was in phase with the time.
