血清PSA水平在非前列腺恶性肿瘤中的应用评价

摘　　要：目的探讨血清PSA水平在非前列腺恶性肿瘤患者中的应用价值。方法采用电化学发光分析法检测,138例非前列腺恶性肿瘤,42例非前列腺良性疾病,82例前列腺增生和24例前列腺癌患者血清PSA水平,并设94例为对照组进行分析比较。结果非前列腺恶性肿瘤患者血清PSA水平显著高于正常对照组和非前列腺良性疾病组(P<0.01),显著低于前列腺增生和前列腺癌患者(P<0.01)。结论对于住院患者,尤其是因非前列腺疾病而入院治疗的中老年患者检测血清PSA水平可能具有重要临床意义。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of serum PSA levels for diagnosis of non-prostatic- system malignant tumor. Methods By using electro-chemiluminescence immunoassay（ECL IA） method, serum PSA levels in 94 cases of control group, 138 cases of non-prostatic-system malignant tumor,42 cases of non-prostatic-system diseases,82 cases of benign prostatic hypertrophy （BPH） and 24 cases of prostatic carcinoma （PCa） were detected. Results Serum PSA level of patients with non-prostatic-system malignant tumor was higher than that of non-prostatic-system diseases and control group （P〈0.01）, but lower than that of patients with BPH and PCa （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion, To inpatients, especially middle and old patients admitted for non-prostatic-system diseases, measurement of serum PSA level has great clinical value.
