宣威昆明两地区肺腺癌中survivin表达的比较研究

摘　　要：目的探讨survivin在宣威肺腺癌患者和昆明肺腺癌患者中的表达差异,探索宣威肺腺癌高发的原因。方法以宣威肺腺癌23例和昆明肺腺癌26例为研究对象,应用免疫组化方法检测其肺癌组织survivin蛋白水平的表达,并应用图像分析系统对每组病例进行了定量分析。结果宣威肺腺癌、非宣威肺腺癌中survivin表达的阳性率和平均灰度,两组之间差异均有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论宣威肺腺癌中survivin的表达明显高于昆明肺腺癌,宣威地区肺腺癌的发病机制与昆明地区有所不同。survivin蛋白的高表达可能是宣威地区肺癌高发的原因之一。ObjectiveTo investigate the different expression of survivin in patients with adenocarcinoma lung cancer of Xuanwei and Kunming.Methods23 specimens of adenocarcinoma lung cancer of Xuanwei patients and 26 specimens of Kunming patients were observed in this experiment.The expression of survivin was detected by the methods of immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization.The results were quantitatively analyzed using image analysis system. ResultsThere were significant difference between the Xuanwei patients and Kunming patients in expression of survivin （P〈0.01）.ConclusionThe expression of survivin in patients with adenocarcinoma lung cancer of Xuanwei was significantly higher than that of Kunming patients.The pathogenesis of adenocarcinoma lung cancer may be different between Xuanwei patients and Kunming patients.High expression of survivin may be one of the reasons of high incidence of lung cancer in Xuanwei.
