摘　　要：脉络膜新生血管性病变主要见于年龄相关性黄斑变性和中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变等眼底病,是导致视力减退甚至丧失的主要原因之一。本文回顾了近年来国内外与脉络膜新生血管性病变有关的疾病病因与发病机理,临床表现与分类,检查方法和治疗手段等研究成果,并展望中药在治疗脉络膜新生血管性病变的美好前景。The Choroidal Neovasularization（CNV） is the typical clinical appearance in patients with Age-Related Macular degeneration（AMD）,Central Exudative Chorioretinopathy（CEC） or other fundus diseases.The CNV results in failure of eyesight or blindness in patients.The paper reviewed current research about the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical appearance and classification,and new examination and treatment of the CNV.Moreover the paper viewed the bright future of Chinese medicine in treatment of patient with CNV.
