摘  要:提出一种新颖三相并联型复合电流扰动发生器的主电路拓扑,由背靠背H桥模块构成。其中,一侧换流器采用H桥级联方式接入系统,用以提高电压等级,另一侧换流器采用单相多绕组变压器并联方式接入系统,用以提高电流容量。级联H桥模块和脉宽调制整流H桥模块都采用三角载波移相控制,提高逆变器等效开关频率,降低整流侧开关纹波电流。从理论上分析了低频正弦波调制扰动电流、谐波电流、无功电流和功率因数调节。最后,设计制作了一套低压400V/100kVA复合电流扰动发生装置样机。实验结果证明所提出的主电路拓扑和控制策略是有效可行的。A novel main circuit topology of three phase parallel connected multiplexed current disturbance generator was proposed,composed of back-to-back H-bridge modules. The one side converter was series connected to the system in order to improve voltage rating. The other side converter was parallel connected by single phase multi-windings transformer to improve the current capacitor. The two sides of converter were controlled by carrier phase shifting sine pulse width modulation (SPWM),so that the equivalent frequency of inverter was enhanced and the switching ripple current was reduced. The disturbances of low frequency sinusoidal wave modulation current,harmonic current,reactive current and power factor regulation were researched by theoretical. Finally,a low voltage 400 V/100 kVA multiplexed current disturbance prototype was designed and realized. The experimental results show that the proposed main circuit topology and control strategy is feasible and efficient.
