荧光定量RT-PCR技术在评估肿瘤化疗敏感性中的应用进展

摘　　要：荧光定量RT-PCR技术是目前检测组织中mRNA表达水平的一种最新的分子生物学技术。通过荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测肿瘤化疗过程中靶mRNA的动态变化可能为评估肿瘤化疗敏感性另辟蹊径,现综述荧光定量RT-PCR技术在评估肿瘤化疗敏感性研究中的应用进展。At present,the fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR technology is the latest molecular biology technique which can detect the level of mRNA expression in tissues.By using fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR to detect dynamic change of target mRNA in the tumor chemotherapy process may be open a new path for the assessment of chemotherapy sensitivity.Now we make a progress about the application of fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR technology in the assessment of tumor chemotherapy sensitivity.
