高等体育院校特殊教育专业建设的现状与对策

摘　　要：应用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法,调查分析高等体育院校特殊教育专业建设的现状,并提出相应对策。结果显示,特殊体育教育专业在人才的培养上主要是师资队伍力量不强、实践教学不足、培养目标不明确、课程设计欠合理、配套教材不足以及生源类型选择窄等问题。建议特殊体育教育专业应优化人才培养模式以符合社会要求,扩大招生力度以满足社会需求。Through using the method of literature review,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this paper makes analysis on present situation of special physical education major construction and put forwards some countermeasures.The result shows that there are some problems on talent cultivation of special physical education major such as lack of teaching staff and foundation,unclear cultivation goal and inadequate training content in high-level personnel training.It suggests that the talent cultivation mode of special physical education major should be optimized in order to meet the social requirement,and the student enrolment numbers should be expanded greatly for the social demand.
