49例子宫内膜样腺癌中Ki-67和PTEN表达与临床病理特点分析

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜样腺癌细胞中Ki-67和PTEN的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测49例子宫内膜样腺癌和17例子宫内膜单纯性增生标本Ki-67和PTEN的表达。结果 Ki-67在子宫内膜样腺癌中呈高表达,而PTEN在子宫内膜样腺癌中呈低表达,与单纯性增生比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而且与临床分期、肌层浸润有显著性相关(P<0.05)。结论 Ki-67和PTEN在子宫内膜样腺癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用,两种抗体联合检测对子宫内膜样腺癌的预后判定有重要意义。Objective To investigate the diagnostic significance of the expression of Ki-67 and PTEN in endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Methods The Ki-67 and PTEN expression was detected in 49 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma, and 17 cases of endometrial hyperplasia by SP immunohistochemical staining. Results Both Ki-67 and PTEN showed higher level expression in endometrioid adenocarcinoma. There was a significant difference in the expression of Ki-67 and PTEN between endometrioid adenocarcinoma and endometrial hyperplasia （P〈0.05） and between different FIGO stages and invasion depth（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ki-67 and PTEN may play an important role in the development of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. The detection of Ki-67 and PTEN is significant to evalute the progosis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma.
