摘 要:目的比较研究BALB/c突变无毛小鼠与上海种小鼠皮肤特点。方法通过梭曼的离体透皮吸收、紫外线照射致皮肤损伤和组织切片方法进行这两种皮肤特点的比较。结果BALB/c突变无毛小鼠与上海种小鼠相比:梭曼透皮吸收量较少,皮肤耐受紫外线照射损伤能力强,皮肤屏障功能好,皮肤结构特点更接近于人。结论BALB/c突变无毛小鼠在皮肤病学研究中具有比上海种小鼠更为广泛的开发和应用价值。Objective To compare the skin characteristics of the BALB/c mutant hairless mice with the Shanghai mice.Methods The ways of skin injury of ultraviolet radiation skin permeation of soman and section of skin tissues were used for the study.Results Compared with the Shanghai mice,the skin permeation of soman of BALB/c mutant hairless mice was less,the skin of the mice had stronger ability to resist against the ultraviolet radiation injury,the skin barrier of the mice had stronger ability to resist to foreign susbstance,The characteristics of skin in structure was similar to that of human beings.Conclusion The value of development and application of BALB/c mutant hairless mice is wider in the studies of dermatology.
