具抗菌活性海洋细菌的筛选与系统发育分析

摘　　要：以革兰氏阴性大肠杆菌(E.coliJM103)和革兰氏阳性金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus CMCC26001)为指示菌,测定了87株渤海海洋细菌的抑菌能力,发现18株细菌能够不同程度地抑制指示菌的生长,其中菌株A49不仅能够同时抑制2种指示菌的生长,而且表现出了很强的抑菌能力,100μL发酵上清液产生的抑菌圈分别为20.7,19.0 mm.通过形态特征、生化特性和16S rDNA序列分析认为,该菌株属于芽孢杆菌属的一个新种,命名为Bacil-lus baohainese sp. nov.The antibacterial efficacy of 87 bacterial strains form Bohai Sea are determined,using E.coli JM103 and S.aureus CMCC26001 as the indicating bacteria.Results show that 18 bacterial strains can inhibit the growth of indicating bacteria in varying degrees in which the strain A49 can restrain both the growth of the indicating bacteria,and has strong bacteriostatic action.The inhibiting zones of 100 μL fermented supernatant fluid are 20.7,19.0 mm.After the analysis of the morphological characteristics,biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence,the strain is considered as a new species of Bacillus and named as Bacillus baohainese sp.nov.
