摘　　要：目的:评价胃组织常规HE染色在诊断HP中的作用。方法:胃镜下钳取的262例胃粘膜组织活检标本,分别进行Giemsa染色和HE染色,以Giemsa染色+尿素酶实验作为标准,比较分析HE染色作为观察HP感染诊断的可能性。结果:HE染色显示了95％的诊断准确率和96％的敏感性。结论:HE染色是观察HP的一种价廉、可靠的方法,但特异性尚不如Giemsa染色。Purpose: To assess hemetoxylin and eosin staining of gastric tissue, a relatively inexpensive and widely available method of helicobacter pylori (HP) detection. Methods: The hemetoxylin and eosin stain was assessed as a mentod of HP detection, analysis using giemsa staining + urea enzyme test as a stan-dard in 262 gastric biopsy specimens obtained from patients. Results: Performance of the hemetoxylin and eosin stain was accuary of 95% and sensitivity of 96%. Conclusion: The hemetoxylin and eosin stain is an inexpensive method of HP detection but with test performance characteristics inferior to giemsa stain.
