摘 要:目的探讨使用SmartClip自锁矫治器与传统结扎式矫治器排齐拥挤上颌牙弓的效能是否有差异。方法选取48例牙列不齐指数>5mm、年龄12~15岁、采取拔除上颌第一前磨牙治疗的患者,按随机对照原则抽选使用SmartClip自锁矫治器或传统结扎式矫治器。结果使用SPSS15.0进行分析。结果排齐速度与初始不齐指数相关。矫治5周及10周时,自锁组前牙不齐指数及两侧拔牙间隙的减小、前段弓长的增加大于传统组,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。自锁组排齐速度快于传统组。结论使用SmartClip自锁托槽可以缩短、中重度拥挤采取拔牙矫治患者牙弓的排齐时间。Objective To compare the efficiency of maxillary arch alignment with SmartClip self-ligating bracket system with that of a conventional ligated edgewise bracket.Methods Forty-eight subjects( age:12~15years) with maxillary irregularities over 5 mm and a prescribed extraction pattern including the maxillary first premolars were randomly allocated to receive treatment with SmartClip self-ligating or Gemini conventionally ligated brackets.All data were analyzed by SPSS15.0 software.Results Initial irregularity influenced subsequent rate of movement.Significant difference was noted (P〈0.05) in the reduction of anterior irregularities,space closure and an increase of anterior arch length for SmartClip system in five weeks and ten weeks after the treatment.The alignment rate is faster in the SmartClip group.Conclusions SmartClip self-ligating brackets are more efficient than conventional ligated brackets during tooth alignment for extraction patients with moderate and severe maxiliary crowding.
