摘　　要：猕猴桃是一种重要的水果资源,它的营养价值极高,但其对乙烯敏感,采后后熟软化迅速,常温下容易腐烂,贮藏性差。现概述国内外现有的猕猴桃贮藏保鲜手段,并提出可能的一些保鲜新措施。Kiwifruit is an important fruit resource and very nutritious.The ripening and softening of postharvest kiwifruit was rapid because of its sensitive to the ethylene.It rots easily and stores poorly under normal temperature.The thesis summarized existing means of preservation at home and abroad and suggested some possible new measures.
