摘　　要：以汽车钢板弹簧为研究对象,基于超图的理论,构建了汽车钢板弹簧的超图模型。在超图模型的基础上,利用结构化超图的知识,对汽车钢板弹簧进行了结构化超图表示,其基本结构层次可分为三层,即产品层、部件层以及零部件层。最后利用赋权有向超图的知识对汽车钢板弹簧主片结构进行了分解,得到了卷耳、截面形状、端部形状、断面形状等结构特征。Taking the vehicle leaf-spring as the research object,a hypergraph mode of vehicle leaf-spring has been built based on hypergraph theory.After that,the structure of vehicle leaf-spring is expressed based on structured hypergraph theory.The hierarchy of vehicle leaf-spring can be divided into three lays,namely,product layer,component layer and part layer.At last,the main structure of vehicle leaf-spring has been decomposed by using the directed hypergraph empower,getting some structural features such as volumes ears,cross-section shape,tip shape,sectional shape.
