摘 要:目的建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定凉粉草药材中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil 100-5 C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸水溶液(95∶5),流速为1.0 mL.min-1,柱温:室温,检测波长为210 nm。结果齐墩果酸和熊果酸的进样量分别在0.101 0~0.909 0μg(r=0.999 3)、0.083 0~0.747 4μg(r=0.999 7)范围内与各自峰面积呈良好的线性关系;二者平均加样回收率分别为100.26%、100.23%,RSD分别为1.5%、1.4%。结论本方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于凉粉草的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Mesona chinenis Benth. Methods HPLC was performed on Kromasi 100-5 C18 column (250 mm×4.6mm,5μm)at room temperature, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5 % phosphoric acid solution (95 : 5) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1, and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. Results The calibration curves of oleanolic acid and ursolie acid were in good linearity in the range of 0.101 0-0.909 0 μg(r=0.999 3), and 0.083 0-0.747 4 μg (r=0.999 7) , respectively. Their average recoveries were 100.26 % and 100.23 %, RSD being 1.5 % and 1.4 %, respectively. Conclusion The established method is simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of Mesona chinensis Benth..
