摘　　要：青海省电力公司实施信息化建设,在电网项目建设和运营过程中实现了国家电网公司集约化、信息化管理要求,项目实现了与财务系统、物资系统等相关业务的高度集成,体现了项目人、财、物相结合的统一。按国网项目管理模块典设要求,项目管理信息化实现了各项目在系统中录入、批复、结算、决算等流程操作,达到了项目周期管理的精细化目标,提升了青海省电力公司管理效能和管控水平,通过引进先进的管理方法为公司长远发展奠定了基础。Through the implementation of information construction, Qinghai Electric Power Company realizes intensive and information management requirements of State Grid Company in the course of power grid project＇s construction and operation.The project realizes financial systems,material systems and other related services highly integrated,reflects the uniform of the human,financial,and material.According to the requirements of project management module of State Grid Corporation,the project management information achieves the input,approval,clearing,accounts and other processes in various projects,reaches the refined goal of project cycle management.It improves the management efficiency and control level of Qinghai Electric Power Company by information construction,making a better foundation for the company long-term development through introducing advanced management methods.
