利培酮联合小剂量舍曲林治疗精神分裂症阴性症状临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨利培酮联合小剂量舍曲林治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的临床疗效和安全性.方法 将80例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,一组使用利培酮合并舍曲林治疗,另一组使用利培酮治疗,治疗前和治疗后8周分别采用阴性症状量表（SANS）和副反应量表（TESS）评定临床疗效与不良反应.结果 两组治疗后阴性症状量表总分和因子分均显著下降,P〈0.05两组间差异有统计学意义.不良反应两组无显著性差异.结论 利培酮联合小剂量舍曲林治疗精神分裂症阴性症状有良好的疗效和安全性.Objective To study the efficacy and safety of risperidone combined with sertraline on negatiVe symptoms of schizophrenia. Methods 80 patients suffered from schizophrenia with prominent negatiVe symptoms were randomly diVided into two groups. With one treated with sertraline combined rispcridone and the other with risperidone. Effects and side effects were assessed with Scale for the assessment of negat lYe symptoms（SANS）and treatment emergent symptoms scale（TESS）respectively before and after 8 weeks treatment. Results After 8 weeks treatment, the total scores of SANS and the factor scores were significantly different from that of before treatment in both two groups. The scores were significantly different between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. But the total scores of TESS had no significantly different. Conclusion It is suggest sertraline in combination with risperidone is effectiVe and safe in treatment of the negatiVe symptom in schizophrenia patient.
