摘  要:试验设置不同耕作方式和秸秆还田处理,在2008年10月小麦播种后,分别在0天、1天、4天、8天、15天、30天和45天的7个取样时间调查了试验小区土壤动物群落。结果表明:(1)土壤动物在0~8天处于耕作干扰阶段,其丰富度呈下降趋势。8天后土壤动物表现为恢复增长阶段,丰富度得到了显著的增加。(2)在耕作干扰阶段,大型土壤动物中鞘翅目和双翅目受耕作活动干扰较小,而膜翅目和大蚓类表现敏感。小型土壤动物中,双尾目和小蚓类对耕作活动干扰较小,而弹尾目和蜱螨目较为敏感。(3)通过多元典范冗余分析(RDA)建立基本响应曲线(PRC)得到,在恢复增长阶段,翻耕处理比免耕处理下有更高的土壤动物丰富度,而秸秆还田量越大,土壤动物丰富度越高。A field plot experiment was set up to investigate the short-term effects of tillage and straw mulching on soil fauna under agriculture ecosystem.Soil fauna at 0 day,1 day,4 days,8 days,15 days,30 days and 45 days were investigated after winter wheat sowing in 2008.The results showed that soil fauna abundance was a downward trend at the first 8 days because of tillage interference,so the first 8 days was called "interference period".There was an upward trend from the eighth day to forty-fifth which was called "increasing period".Tillage interference made little influence on Coleoptera,Diptera,Diplura and Microdrile oligochaetes,but great influence on Hymenoptera,Megadrile oligochaetes,Collembola and Acari.According to the principle response curve(PRC) which was established by using redundancy analysis(RDA),soil fauna abundance was higher at tillage plots than no-tillage plots and increased with increasing quantity of straw mulching during the increasing period.
