摘  要:对河南省2004年379个烤烟样品烟叶的有机酸含量进行了分析,并采用SPSS13.0软件,研究了烟叶的18种有机酸和对应土壤样品的23个土壤理化性状指标的相关关系。结果表明,河南省不同产区烤烟烟叶有机酸总量基本接近,但是不同种类有机酸的含量差异较大。各种有机酸中,以苹果酸的含量最高,柠檬酸含量次之。三类有机酸含量中,以多元羧酸的含量最高,不饱和脂肪酸含量次之,饱和脂肪酸含量最低。统计分析表明,土壤的23项理化指标和烟叶有机酸含量有不同程度的相关关系,其中以全磷、速效钾、有机质、全氮、镁、pH和钠等6个指标和烟叶有机酸含量关系较密切。采用逐步回归分析的方法,构建了土壤理化指标与烟叶有机酸含量的回归方程,逐步回归方程均达到显著水平。Organic acid contents of 379 flue-cured tobacco samples in Henan Province were analyzed.The relationship were studied between 18 organic acids in flue-cured tobacco leaves and 23 soil physical and chemical characteristics of corresponding soil samples.Results showed that the total organic acid contents in different tobacco-growing areas were close to each other,but the differences existed in different kinds of organic acid were great.Malic acid had the highest content and citric acid take second place.Multi-carboxylic acid had the highest content and unsaturated fatty acid took the second place among the 3 sorts of organic acid.Statistic analysis showed that 23 indices of soil physical and chemical characteristics had the different correlativity with organic acid contents of flue-cured tobacco leaves.And soil total phosphors content,available potassium content,organic matter content,total nitrogen content,magnesium content,pH and sodium content have a rather close relationship with organic acid content of flue-cured tobacco leaves.Based on multi-stepwise regression method,stepwise regression equations were built between soil physical and chemical characteristics and organic acid contents of flue-cured tobacco leaves,and the equations reached to 0.05 levels with F value.
