摘　　要：[目的]研究放线菌扫描电镜样品简便快速的制备方法。[方法]以细黄链霉菌为样品,采用简便快速扫描电镜插片法制样,进行电镜观察。[结果]保持了菌株真实原貌特征,获得很好的试验照片。[结论]放线菌用插片法制样是一种可靠、简便、快速的方法。[Objective] The aim was to find a simple and rapid method for actinomycetes scanning electron microscopy sample preparation.[Method] With Streptomyces as samples,a simple and rapid film threading method was adopted.[Result] The method maintained the original characteristics of the strain and obtained good experimental photographs.[Conclusion] Sample preparation with film threading method is reliable,simple and rapid.
