2种液剂对栀子花的干燥效果研究

摘　　要：分别采用6%、8%、10%的酒精和30%、50%的甘油对栀子花进行干燥处理,筛选适宜栀子花干燥的药剂及其浓度。结果表明,30%甘油对栀子花的干燥效果最好,该处理花朵不变形、不变色、有韧性、观赏效果最佳。The Gardenia jasminoides flowers were treated by alcohol with concn.of 6%,8%,10% and glycerol with concn.of 30%,50% for drying.Then the suitable reagent and its concn.was screened out.The results showed that the drying effect of 30%glycerol on G.jasminoides flowers was the best,the shape and color of the flowers had no changes,and the flowers had ductile with the best appreciation effect.
