价值哲学视域的政绩观

摘　　要：政绩属于价值范畴,政绩考核体系属于价值评价范畴,政绩观则属于价值观的一部分。价值理论引导政绩观,正确的政绩观是价值理论在实践中的具体体现。笔者从价值哲学的视角,运用价值哲学的基本理论对政绩、政绩观进行界定,剖析了政绩评价各要素对政绩观的制约,总结了政绩观的失范表现,并提出了调适措施。Achievement belongs to the category of the value,system of achievement assessment belongs to the category of achievement valuation,achievements view belongs to a part of values,achievement system is associated with the value philosophy. The theory of value inducts achievements view,correct achievements view is the actual embodiment of the theory of value in practice. This paper defines achievement,achievement view from the perspective of value philosophy and analysis on restriction of achievement evaluation factor for achievements,summarized misconduct phenomenon of achievement view and put forward some correcting measures
