摘　　要：本文以西方经验为背景，以西方公共政治哲学的论辩为讨论对象，将“公共”生活的不同界面与“公共”理论结构的不同构成作为审视公共理论的前提，从社会科学不同学科关注的“公共”问题着手，递进到一般哲学理论论述的“公共”问题，落定在政治哲学聚焦的“公共”主题上面，对关于“公共”的政治哲学展示的理论导向与实践品格进行总览性的宏观分析。In contemporary western academia,the disputes about'the public'in political philosophy have become significant. To separate the subject of'the public'in political philosophy from all the other kinds of public discourses in social sciences,has become a fundamental task for public political philosophy. On the basis that political philosophy is to provide a justification for all public discourses,it is a theoretical and practical premise of drawing the boundary for public political philosophy that to sum up the three fatal changes in contemporary public life experiences,world wars,cold war and'the May Storm'in 1968,thereby to reveal the three corresponding fatal changes in public political philosophy. It is public political philosophy’s characters of practice that determine its theoretical position,which is to respond to the practical transformation in political life,and reveals its particular theoretical propositions correspondingly.
