深圳城市人群宫颈癌筛查组织形式探讨

摘　　要：[目的]探讨适宜城市人群宫颈癌筛查的组织形式。[方法]采用整群随机抽样的方法选择深圳城市人群以不同组织形式参加宫颈癌筛查,通过人群筛查顺应性评价最适宜筛查组织形式。[结果]以单位工会组织的人群筛查顺应性为77.32%;由街道办和计划生育服务中心组织的人群筛查顺应性为54.70%;由社区居委会组织的人群筛查顺应性为18.56%;由医务人员街头宣传组织的人群筛查顺应性为0.32%,4种组织形式顺应性差异具有统计学意义(χ2=13539.73,P=0.000)。[结论]城市人群参加宫颈癌筛查的组织形式以工作单位工会组织为最适宜,其次是街道办和计生中心联合组织。[Purpose] To investigate the organizational forms suitable for cervical cancer screening for the urban population in Shenzhen.[Methods] Urban population in Shenzhen selected by cluster random-sampling method underwent cervical cancer screening examination in various organizational forms.The population-screening compliance was evaluated to determine the most suitable organizational form applied for screening examination.[Result] The compliance of population screening organized by Trade-Union unit was 77.32%;that for population organized by the street（subdistrict） office united with the Family-Planning Service Center was 54.70%;that for population organized by community neighborhood was 18.56% and that for population organized by street medical propagandists was 0.32%.The four compliance differences showed statistical significance（χ2=13539.73,P=0.000）.[Conclusion] The most suitable organizational form of population participating in urban population cervical cancer screening examination is the one organized by the Trade-Union organ of the working unit while the street（or the subdistrict） office united with the Family-Planning Center being the next.
