摘  要:[目的]研究微米大黄炭对乙酸胃溃疡(GU)大鼠胃黏膜病理组织的影响。[方法]用冰醋酸制备大鼠慢性GU模型,随机分为正常组、模型对照组、微米大黄炭组、雷尼替丁组4组,分别以0.85%氯化钠、微米大黄炭和雷尼替丁灌胃,观察GU大鼠黏膜肌层缺损宽度和再生黏膜厚度。[结果]微米大黄炭组和雷尼替丁组再生黏膜厚度高于正常组(P<0.05),黏膜肌层缺损宽度低于正常组(P<0.01),而微米大黄炭组与雷尼替丁组比较差异无统计学意义。[结论]微米大黄炭促进黏膜再生,降低黏膜肌层缺损宽度,具有保护胃黏膜作用。[Objective]To study the effect of micron rhubarb charcoal on pathology in gastric mucosa of rats with gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid.[Methods]The model rats of chronic gastric ulcer were established with acetic acid and randomly distributed into four groups:the normal A group without ulcer,the B group treated with 0.85% saline solution,the C group treated with micron rhubarb charcoal and the D group treated with ranitidine.Administration is done intragastrically.HE staining was used to observe the width of defective muscularis and the thickness of regenerative gastric mucosa.[Results]The thickness of regenerative mucosa of C and D group were significantly thicker than that of A group(P0.05).The width of defective muscularis of Cand D group were significantly narrower than that of A group(P0.01).However,difference between C and D groups had no statistical significance.[Conclusion]Micron rhubarb charcoal can promote mucosal regeneration,reducing the width of muscularis mucosa,having the ability to protect gastric mucosa.
