摘 要:目的:探讨Caspase-3和Bcl-2蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其与病理分级和临床分期的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SABC法并结合图像分析方法检测32例膀胱移行细胞癌和10例膀胱正常组织中Caspase-3和Bcl-2蛋白的表达。结果:Caspase-3和Bcl-2两种蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达与正常膀胱组织之间都有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Caspase-3与病理分级和临床分期均无显著性差异(P>0.05),Bcl-2与病理分级和临床分期均无显著性差异(P>0.05),Caspase-3和Bcl-2两者之间呈负相关(rs=-0.358,P<0.05)。结论:在膀胱癌组织中Caspase-3的表达降低和Bcl-2的表达升高可能与膀胱癌的发生发展有关。Objective: To investigate the expression of Caspase-3 and Bcl-2 in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder (BTCC) and their relationships with the pathological grade and clinical stage. Methods: Immunochemical SABC method and Image Analysis method were used to detect the expression of Caspase-3 and Bcl-2 in 32 cases of BTCC and 10 cases of normal bladder tissue. Results: There were significant differences in the expression of Caspase-3 and Bcl 2 between BTCC and normal bladder tissue (P〈0.05). There were no significant difference between Caspase-3 and the pathological grades and clinical stages (P〉0.05). There were also no significant difference between Bcl 2 and the pathological grades and clinical stages (P〉0. 05). A negative correlation was revealed between Caspase 3 and Bcl-2 in BTCC (rs=-0. 358, P〈5 0.05 ). Conclusions.. Down regulated expression of Caspase 3 and up-regulated expression of Bcl-2 in BTCC may have relationship with the development and the pro gression of bladder cancer.
