摘 要:以建立某款客车顶盖局部的有限元模型为基础,运用同一水平、多因素的研究方法,选取原结构、变结构及变材料3种计算工况,模拟分析了在侧翻条件下客车顶盖非线性碰撞时的强度特性。变结构、变材料方案的提出,能提高顶盖强度及满足轻量化设计要求。仿真中引入真实工况的模拟,能够为概念设计阶段快速、高效判断产品各项性能参数的合理性提供参考依据,且为进一步优化设计方案的拟定开拓了思路。On the basis of establishing a local finite element model of some bus roof, by applying research method of multi-factors at the same level, and selecting three calculation conditions as original structure, alternating structure and alternative materials are respectively, the strength characteristics when bus roof non-linear collision occurs in rollover condition are simulated and analyzed, and, the alternating structure and material scheme is proposed, enabling to increase the strength of the bus roof and meet the design requirement for lightweight. Introducing the actual condition into the simulation enables to provide reference for judge the rationality of various performance parameters of products rapidly and effectively at the stage of conceptual design, and also provide open mind for further optimizing the design program.
