参苓白术颗粒治疗功能性腹胀的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参苓白术颗粒治疗功能性腹胀的临床疗效。方法:将符合功能性腹胀诊断标准的65例患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例、对照组35例。治疗组给予口服参苓白术颗粒,每次3g,tid;对照组给予口服莫沙必利,每次10mg,tid。疗程均为4周。治疗前、后2组患者按胃肠症状评分法及腹部膨胀评分法分别评分,比较2组患者的评分结果,并计算总有效率。结果:治疗组所有患者均完成治疗,对照组有32例完成治疗,其余3例患者因不良反应退出治疗。疗程结束后,2组胃肠症状评分、腹部膨胀评分汇总后评分分别为(1.33±0.52)、(3.10±0.78),总有效率分别为86.67%、56.37%。各项疗效结果组间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。治疗组未见明显不良反应,对照组有12例患者出现不同程度的不良反应。结论:参苓白术颗粒治疗功能性腹胀疗效好,且未见明显不良反应。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenling baizhu granules in the treatment of functional abdominal distension.METHODS：65 patients with functional abdominal distension were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （35 cases）,which accords with certain diagnosis criteria.Treatment group were given oral dose of Shenling baizhu granules 3 g each time twice a day for 4 weeks;control group were given oral dose of mosapride 10 mg each time twice a day lasting for 4 weeks.GSRS score and abdominal distension score were performed in 2 groups at the beginning and the end of treatment.The changes of score in 2 groups were compared before and after treatment.The total effective rate was calculated.RESULTS：Treatments were performed successfully in treatment group.In control group,treatments of 32 cases were completed and remaining 3 patients dropped out from treatment because of side effects.After treatment,GSRS scores and abdominal distension score of 2 groups method were （1.33±0.52） and （3.10±0.78）.The total effective rates of 2 groups were 86.67% and 56.37%.There was significant difference （P0.05）.Clinical efficacy of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group;No significant adverse reaction was found in treatment group and various degrees of adverse reactions occurred in 12 patients.CONCLUSION：Shenling baizhu granules are effective for the treatment of functional abdominal distension without obvious adverse reactions.
