摘  要:为提高沥青路面使用寿命,对沥青路面进行损坏监测和公路交通智能化管理,以自制的聚苯胺/聚丙烯(PANI/PP)复合导电纤维为导电相材料,制备了新型导电功能混凝土材料.压敏性试验表明,随着压力增大电导率先快后慢逐渐增大,最后趋于导电纤维的电导率.导电沥青混凝土的导电行为可用导电通道和隧道效应进行分析,引进了考虑填料在基体中形成导电网络链难易程度的网络因子n;结合渗流导电理论,建立了导电纤维沥青混合料的电导率方程,确定了相应的参数范围.In order to inspect the damage and manage the intelligent system to prolong the life of asphalt concrete pavement,a new electric conductive function concrete material functionalized with polyaniline/polypropylene (PANI/PP) compound conductive fiber as the electric conduction phase was investigated. The press susceptivity experiment of the asphalt concrete indicates that the constant electric conductivity of concrete increases with the press increasing and the acceleration declines with time and the electric conductivity finally reaches that of compound fiber. The mechanism of the electric conduction of the asphalt concrete is explained by using electric channels and tunnel effect in which a net factor,n is introduced,which indicates the capability of conductive net formation in the concrete. Based on the percolation conductive theory,a conductivity equation of conductive fiber bituminous mixture is established and the scope of corresponding parameter is determined.
