摘  要:针对显微镜透明厚样本成像原理,将Possion模型的最大似然二维图像复原算法进行三维拓展,为提高图像分辨率,应用三维显微图像复原。对已知三维清晰图像进行了退化处理,并且使用该三维拓展算法对退化图像进行复原处理。仿真实验结果表明,算法能使复原图像散焦信息的干扰得到有效的排除,获得更多的细节和信息,信噪比得到明显改善,频谱均值提高,与原清晰图像的频谱相关性较好,有较强的超分辨率复原能力,复原效果优于线性方法。Possion - PML restoration algorithm of two - dimensional image is developed to three - dimensional space in this paper,and which is used to restore three - dimensional microscope image.With the microscope imaging principle,the three - dimensional clear images are degenerated,and also the out - of - focus information of the degraded images is wiped off with the developed three - dimensional algorithm.Experimental results demonstrate that the out - of - focus disturbance in the restored images is removed effectively,ISNR and E of the restored images are improved obviously and the frequency relativity between the restored image and the clear image is preferable under super resolution meaning.The restored effect of PML algorithm is superior to linear algorithm.
